Neurology is the discipline of medicine that deals with the study and treatment of dysfunctions of the nervous system. The nervous system, a sophisticated and complicated system that controls and directs physiological functions. It is divided into two parts: the central nervous system, which includes the brain and spinal cord, and the peripheral nervous system, which includes the rest of the body.
